Geoff Loane is a veteran humanitarian leader with decades of experience at the ICRC. He is a widely published author and speaker on humanitarian policy, international humanitarian law, and the unintended consequences of humanitarian assistance. He currently serves as a mediator in Northern Ireland and Chair of the CDAC Network, promoting community-led approaches to humanitarian action.
