Registration

  • Includes registration for ARCAN member, AND the optional dinner banquet. Non-ARCAN guests can be added at checkout for $107 per person ($40 for a non-ARCAN guest, plus the $67 banquet ticket fee).

    Banquet (cash bar): Saturday, September 26 - $67.00/person (includes tax and gratuity) for all 3 choices. Choose one per person. 9th Street Chicken—Pesto-encrusted chicken breast roasted with plum tomato & Fontana cheese, white wine cream sauce & basil Grilled Pork Tenderloin—brushed with olive oil & herbs & served with an artisan apple cider demi-glaze Roasted Vegetable Pasta—penne pasta & fresh vegetables tossed with basil pesto & creamy Boursin cheese.

For the first time, ARCOA, ARCAN and new ARCAN Affinity Group, the Disaster Reunion Group, will be meeting at the same time and place for an in-person gathering. Each group has its own agenda and meeting times. We will collaborate on events that bring Red Crossers together across lines of service: sharing stories, reuniting with colleagues and friends, making new connections, honoring those who served with the SAF Legacy recognition, remembering those who have passed away, and preserving our history.

    REGISTRATION

    Register and Pay here for the 3UNION event and the ARCOA-hosted banquet.

    3UNION 

    ARCAN Member registration - $50  

    Non-Red Cross guests may attend for $40

    Non-member registration - $75 (includes a 1 year ARCAN membership) 

    Registrations must be received by August 24. 


    ARCOA Banquet - ARCAN attendees are invited 

    ARCOA will host their banquet on Saturday evening and our ARCAN group is welcome. You can register for that on this form as well. The $67/person fee includes inclusive of tax and gratuity. There will be a cash bar.

    Guests may select one of three entrée options:

    • 9th Street Chicken with pesto-encrusted chicken breast and white wine cream sauce, 
    • Grilled Pork Tenderloin with artisan apple cider demi-glaze, or 
    • Roasted Vegetable Pasta with basil pesto and creamy Boursin cheese.

    We have secured group rates. Rates includes breakfast vouchers. 

    Room rates: Including current taxes and fees are $197 single occupancy, $208 double occupancy, $220 triple occupancy, and $232 quad occupancy. Rates include breakfast vouchers.  Cancellations: 48 hours prior to arrival.

    Applicable Dates for the rates: September 24-26, departing September 27. This rate is also available for the “shoulder nights,” that is 3 nights before and 3 nights after. Reserving shoulder nights is based on hotel availability.

    Accessing the group rate:

    Reservation Deadline:

    • August 24, 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern Time.  
    • Any reservations made after that date are subject to hotel availability and may not receive the ARCAN rate.
