Join your former Red Cross colleagues for an enjoyable gathering of the Greater Washington and Baltimore ARCAN Group in the beautiful Tiffany Circle Hall.
We are pleased to announce that our speaker will be Fabrizio Carboni, Head of
Regional Delegation to the U.S. and Canada, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). He has been with the ICRC since 1999, most recently serving as the Regional Director for the Near and Middle East, based in Geneva.
He will be talking about the current work of the ICRC in conflict zones around the globe.
